CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME (CBSE)

A two days capacity building programme on classroom management initiated by the Central Board of Secondary Education concluded at JK Public School, Kunjwani. SK Singh, Principal and the venue Director acknowledged the participants for their zeal to learn innovative ways. He was of the opinion that the novel learning would surely help them to deal with the twenty first century children.
The resource person Rashmi Ahluwalia Principal, Montessori Convent School, Pathankot during her discourse brought forward the importance of laying rules for effective teaching learning.Various challenges like large classrooms, discipline issues, reward and punishment, establishing positive rapport with students were the integral part of the programme.
The resource persons Rashmi Ahluwalia and Monika Sethi were given school momento as a token of appreciation.
